Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats—International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA)

Founded in 1962, AIJA is an organization of global reach for lawyers under age 45. Through conferences, seminars and other events, AIJA promotes professional cooperation and formation of contacts between lawyers all over the world. It is a key link in building a professional legal career. AIJA cooperates with partner organizations, associations and public institutions.

AIJA currently has about 4,000 active members, with over 80,000 lawyers from more than 80 countries around the world in 700 law firms large and small representing a range of legal cultures, as well as over 60 bar associations operating across the profession.

Dues
Membership dues are based on age:
EUR 75/year for lawyers under 26
EUR 117/year for lawyers 26–30
EUR 250/year for lawyers 30+
